Louise did the most amazing job with my new rescue Eli, I don't think he has ever felt as beautiful! Eli's back legs don't work but Louise was super accommodating and I felt absolutely fine leaving Eli in her care. He left super smiling, I wouldn't go anywhere else now

Louise offered an excellent service for my dog, Rupert, who is a rescue and is incredibly nervous. Louise had an excellent manner with him and was soon happy to be left in her care. Louise communicated well before the appointment and was very reassuring, as I was worried about leaving him. The studio Louise has built is beautiful! After an hour, I went back to pick Rupert up and he was incredibly happy. Louise had done an excellent job of washing and de-shedding him. She gave a debrief of what she had done and why and gave an honest recommendation of when it would be best for her to see him again. A week on, Rupert’s coat is still incredibly soft and shiny. I wouldn’t hesitate to return with Rupert, or to recommend Louise’s services to anyone with a dog

My dog was a lot dirtier and knottier that she should have been as I delayed in booking her groom ( naughty mum), Louise at Collar & Comb gave her the works, she’s a large girl 46.5kg but this didn’t put Louise off. I left a dirty girl I got back a lovely groomed lady and she was obviously happy as she didn’t want to leave Louise. Thank you for the care and attention you took, we’ll be seeing you in 6 weeks

Thank you! He has been so relaxed he's slept all evening since he got home, he was even nodding off in the car! He smells and feels AMAZING!!! The care, compassion and genuine love for your furry customers is something I have never seen from a groomers. I feel like Lenny has a new best friend! Your confidence in being able to make a difference to Lenny's health and well-being means so much and he will be back over and over for his luxury spa days!

We took our Maximus yesterday for his first ever groom, he is only 7 months old and a boisterous boy which worried me and she was amazing with him.
